
About Susan Torregrosa
Behind the Lens
Susan Torregrosa is an American portrait photographer best known for engaging portraits that evoke emotion and have a timeless, beautifully styled appeal.
In 1988, Susan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from the University of Florida. She worked for two photo studios prior to opening Studio T Photography in Orlando, FL in 1992.
In her 30’s she obtained the Master of Photography degree, the Certified Professional Photographer designation and the Craftsman degree from the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), along with her local and state master’s and service degrees.
She’s been a photographic educator since 2005 speaking at various industry seminars and the PPA International Imaging convention. She also enjoys dedicating time as a founding board member of Women In The Arts Inc. a 501C3 organization providing fully funded art lessons for school-age children and raising the awareness of professional women artists. She is also a founding member of Orlando’s Women For Good non-profit, providing quarterly donations for our local, smaller non-profits.
